| Breaking News |  | Saturday, February 18th, 2023: Baltimore, Cleveland Close Deal
The Orioles have reached a deal with Cleveland, sending 23-year old minor league starting pitcher Raúl Corona, 19-year old minor league right fielder Iokina Hoalohalani, a 1st round draft pick and a 2nd round draft pick to the Indians in exchange for a 1st round draft pick. Reports had been hinting at a deal in recent days, but weren't confirmed until this afternoon.

 | Thursday, February 2nd, 2023: Baltimore, Arizona Confirm Trade
The Baltimore Orioles announced a deal with the Diamondbacks today, sending 22-year old shortstop Marlon Harris to Arizona for 22-year old minor league starting pitcher Jin Gui, 22-year old minor league reliever Raúl González, 20-year old minor league starting pitcher Félix Flores and a 1st round draft pick. It had been talked about for the past few weeks and everything came together late last night. All players are expected to be joining their respective clubs shortly.
During his career Harris has notched 714 hits and a .298 average with 68 home runs and 329 RBIs.

Baltimore fans celebrated as word of a signing became reality. Martin Cobb won't be pulling up stakes anytime soon, as he has signed a 2-year extension at a pay rate of $5,490,000 per annum.
Since he is widely seen as an integral part of the club, Baltimore officials had to keep Cobb from jumping ship.
In 2022 Cobb has delivered 0 saves in 29 relief appearances. He has 31 strikeouts in 43.1 innings with a 3.74 ERA and a 2-3 mark.
