Sunday, November 6th, 2022: Star MR Signs Extension with Cincinnati
Happy times in Cincinnati as the Reds and star reliever Kel Griffin put the finishing touches on a $21,000,000 contract extension that will keep the 27-year-old in town 3 years longer.

The signing is great news for Cincinnati because players of this caliber are hard to come by.

On his career ledger Griffin has a 23-44 record with a 4.02 ERA. In 338 games he has recorded 109 saves and the 27-year-old has 434 strikeouts in 399 innings of work.

Sunday, November 6th, 2022: Star SP Signs Pact with Reds
The Cincinnati Reds have finalized a deal with All Star-caliber starting pitcher Manuel Alvarez that will extend his stay in Cincinnati at least 2 years and will pay out $21,000,000.

Alvarez has a career 64-37 mark with a 3.50 ERA. He has fanned 894 batters, issued 210 walks, pitched 855.2 innings and limited the opposition to a .247 batting average.

Monday, September 5th, 2022: Adams Takes This Week's Trophy
At the age of 26, Wesley Adams might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Cincinnati catcher put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days collecting the National League Player of the Week Award.

He racked up 12 hits in 27 at-bats, 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week in 6 games.

To date, Adams has collected 132 hits for a .278 average. He has posted 26 home runs, scored 79 runs and driven in 92 runs.
