Word of a huge deal between Robin Borowski and Milwaukee broke on BNN minutes before a deal was officially announced.

The premiere reliever will play for an estimated $9,500,000 per year. He is definitely capable of putting together big money campaigns, which is exactly what the Milwaukee owners needed to enhance their portfolio.

Borowski owns a 31-19 won-lost record with a 3.74 ERA for his career. In 509 games he has recorded 24 saves, and the 35-year-old has 420 strikeouts in 586.2 innings of work.

Wednesday, September 21st, 2022: Vitagliano Whitewashes Milwaukee
New York (N) pitcher Bruce Vitagliano put on a show today and walked away with a 10-0 shutout victory over the Milwaukee Brewers, throttling them on 3 hits. He just cruised through their lineup, fanning 6 and walking 2 in a strong outing.

"He was very efficient and he hit his spots," his manager said. "He stayed down in the zone and stayed away from the middle of the plate."

To date this season Vitagliano is 15-10 with 29 starts and an ERA of 3.44 with 155 strikeouts in 183 innings.

Michael McKinney spun his magic in a 5-0 shutout victory, allowing 5 hits while totaling no walks and 3 strikeouts.

The Milwaukee pitcher put quite a spell on San Francisco in a strong performance.

"I had a lot of good things working in this one," McKinney said. "I worked both sides of the plate. I was rarely behind in the count."
